In addition, the customer’s own participation in operational processes can also impact the cost and quality of the services provided. For example, a customer who dithers at a fast-food counter can slow down the process for everyone else behind him.

Lastly, a company that provides B2B services will often need to maintain a variety of licenses in order to provide its services. This can include financial, property and equipment management, as well as accounting and information services.
